Late Night Thoughts

Usually people has many thoughts before they go to bed, and the thoughts are sometimes considered as serious or it is just their thoughts. Late night thoughts could cause difficulties to sleep and taking unnecessary acts. Firstly is obvious that when a person think of something they will get curious and try to proving things to get rid of their curiosity; that may cause a person to have a difficulties to sleep. Secondly is when people at the stage when their feeling mixed together and they assume they can prove, fix or find whatever things their think about and take some actions about it; for example one person thought that he needs to watch the new season of his favorite variety show in the middle of the night, so he download it without thinking that he should attend a morning class; that example of acts are considered as unnecessary and it is cause by late night thoughts.
