Many people know about the late night effects of sleeping, but most of them just ignore the facts and live with their unhealthy habit. Recommended time for sleep is eight hours for adults and 10 hours for children. With enough sleep, a person is fully recovered from their feel of tiredness, stress and also other bad thoughts.
Therefore he/she can work with lot of effort and maximum energy that is received from sleeping.

Many Indonesian people are confused by the result of president candidates that comes out lately. Most of the candidates are the one who is above sixty years old. They have given a huge trust by their party to be a president candidate; on the other hand, citizens starts wondering why does our leader has to be from that generation again. Many knows about their work of what have they done for this country and some of it are unsatisfying. There were many thought about this particular issue; once Indonesia was lead by Soekarno in the average age of 40, after Soekarno, we have been lead by Soeharto by the same average age of the first president. Once we lead by them, our country has surprisingly productive. Then, from the third ruler until now, the average age of president is above 55 years old and we can see the changes of where do they run our county to. In addition, there is no regulation of maximum age of being a president, only the minimum age is implemented in the regulations. Many people hope Indonesia will be better than before with our new future president.

Late Night Thoughts

Usually people has many thoughts before they go to bed, and the thoughts are sometimes considered as serious or it is just their thoughts. Late night thoughts could cause difficulties to sleep and taking unnecessary acts. Firstly is obvious that when a person think of something they will get curious and try to proving things to get rid of their curiosity; that may cause a person to have a difficulties to sleep. Secondly is when people at the stage when their feeling mixed together and they assume they can prove, fix or find whatever things their think about and take some actions about it; for example one person thought that he needs to watch the new season of his favorite variety show in the middle of the night, so he download it without thinking that he should attend a morning class; that example of acts are considered as unnecessary and it is cause by late night thoughts.

Health is the most aspect in humans life, a person has to know their own health status and watch their daily food. One believe that a person will live longer if they eat foods with favorable nutrition. An issue nowadays that has been extremely dangerous to human life is junk food; it has been gave ease to fulfill peoples biological needs. Behind that ease to eat and easily satisfied, people are not aware of the danger in eating junk food products. It is scientifically proven that junk food contains dangerous fat and many preservatives; therefore a person must be aware of this issue and reducing  to eat junk foods.

Jakarta is the capital of Indonesia, over ten million people live in that city and most of the people who lives in Jakarta has minimum a motor cycle for their personal purposes. In that case Jakarta has been very polluted until today, not only with the exhaust system on a vehicle but also with rubbishes. One believe that Jakarta has reach the number of people can say it is overpopulated, many people who does not live inside Jakarta works in this city and cause the population density to grow. Population density then could cause many disadvantages for Jakarta it self and the most popular is Pollution. People does not really care about the environment in Jakarta, they put away rubbish randomly around the city and the amount of people lived or stay in Jakarta are extremely high, so pollution in Jakarta will never be stopped.
